A Registration Confirmation Letter will be automatically issued to your registered email address once full payment of the registration fee has been received.

If you require a customized invitation letter including specific wording to support funding applications, subvention requests, or institutional authorization, kindly contact the Secretariat at pco1@icsv32.org or info@icsv32.org . Upon request, a personalized letter signed by the General Chair of ICSV32 can be issued.

Participants are responsible for verifying entry requirements to Türkiye based on their nationality.

Some nationalities may enter Türkiye visa-free, while others may be eligible for an e-Visa from a Turkish Embassy or Consulate.

We strongly recommend that all participants:

Delegates requiring a visa must apply directly to the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence. Please note that the Congress Organizers are not authorized to intervene in visa procedures.

A Visa Invitation Letter can be downloaded from your Registration My Page once your registration and full payment have been completed.

Please note that the Invitation Letter does not imply any financial responsibility on the part of ICSV32 and/or the Organizing Committee.

Please note:

• The Visa Invitation Letter becomes available only after full registration payment has been completed.
• Participants are responsible for confirming specific format requirements with the relevant Turkish Embassy or Consulate, as requirements may vary by country.
• If an original hard copy of the invitation letter is required, the Secretariat may send it by courier upon written request to pco1@icsv32.org or info@icsv32.org . All courier and handling costs will be borne by the participant.

In the event that a visa application is rejected, the Congress registration fee will be refunded in full, provided that an official visa rejection document is submitted to the Secretariat.

Payments made for additional services (such as accommodation, social events, tours, transfers, etc.) will be evaluated and refunded in accordance with the nature of the service and applicable cancellation policies.
