Information for ICSV32 Presenters
- Each presentation will start at designated time and is 15 min long followed by 3 minutes for questions and 2 minutes for turn-over (15 + 3 + 2 = 20 min). The chairperson of your session will see to a strict time keeping.
- We request you to send your
presentation file in the week preceding the congress by email to presentations@icsv32.org Please mention in the mail:
Name presenter
Paper number
Date, room number and time slot of your presentation - In case you did not email your presentation, you will have to upload your presentation well in advance in the central storage system in the Speaker Ready Room (M4 Floor, see map). From this system the presentation will be distributed to the PC in the room of your session.
- Please check in the break prior to your session there to review your presentation with the A/V technician.
- Please note that all presentation rooms are equipped with an overhead 16:9 projector and PC.
Presentation Preparation
- Presentations should be prepared as a PDF or Microsoft-Powerpoint compatible format in 16:9 format.
- Please prepare your presentation slides in English (only) and email them before the congress starts to presentations@icsv32.org or upload them on site well in advance of your session using an USB stick in the Speaker Ready Room.

- Each poster panel supports 1 poster.
- Velcro to attach poster to panel board.
- No electric power provided.
We do not have printing facilities during the congress.
Material and
requirements for poster presenters
- Please prepare your poster in English.
- Please make sure to include the conference official logo within your poster. This logo can be downloaded from here.
- Please, print and bring your poster with you.not
- Poster presenter has to be registered to ICSV32 in order to present a poster.
- The poster titles should be identical to the title of the abstract.
- Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
- Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day/days and the audience might be viewing them on their own
- Please print your poster on regular, or slightly thick paper. Heavy materials won’t stick well to the poster boards and risk to fall off.
Poster dismantling
Posters should remain on the poster
boards until Wednesday
July 8 th 18.00 hrs.
Posters should be removed after Wednesday July 8 th 16.00 hrs, but anyway before the closing ceremony Thursday
July 9 th .
The poster boards will be broken down soon thereafter and left over posters will be discarded.
